This is also where the private compute lives: our galaxy cluster, our storage, our watch. Nothing you hand us ever has to trust somebody else's cloud.

Seven nodes we run in-house: the control plane, the GPU compute, the storage vault, and the four youngest — zeus and apollo for heavy inference and long-context work, alpha and beta the newest of all. 6,000 tera-operations per second of inference and 2.3 TB/s of memory bandwidth, physically under our hands. When we dogfood a system, this is what runs it.

No prompts to other people's servers, no third-party inference, no training pipeline that could see your data. The compliance answer is not a policy: it's a fact about where the wire ends.
The lab holds its own end of the bargain
The watch that watches itself
Every service on the cluster is under the same 24×7 rules we sell: monitoring, escalation, named responsibility. Backups are local, sealed, and restore-drilled, held to the same discipline that backs your mail.
We test, so you don't
Nightly builds, model eval suites, vision benches, 72-hour GPU burn-ins. Nothing we deploy to a client goes live on a client first. The failures happen here, quietly, at us.

Hard questions under lab conditions
Is this hardware worth buying, is this model good enough, will this architecture survive a bad month? We measure it before it costs anyone anything real.
Prototypes with expiry dates
A week, a bench, a verdict. Most of what we build here never ships. That's the point. The ones that pass ship into Forge, Space, or a venture.

When we say "verified," we mean a run you could sit next to and watch. Our own acceptance criteria get written down before the first build, including for ourselves.
